Joy of almonds – I havent had an almond joy in years. so, I’m a no go for authenticity. A few observations: excellent mouthfeel for me. I love whatever combo produced that. The chocolate comes in and out and around the coconut which makes it fun to vape.for me. and the aftertaste is lovely. Checked the recipe to discover there’s 1% super sweet. That had to be a typo. Normally that high and I want to throw up or brush my teeth between vapes. Here it is perfect. The only thing I can say is I’d love to try this with some peanut butter in it because I love all candy bars with peanut butter like a puppy. CAP VC is such a recognizable taste to me but the king of mouthfeel so I like seeing it here to boost all the thickness like an accent. I will be stealing this maneuver for a coconut tobacco I’ve been messing with where the CAP VC keeps beating up the coconut at anything over 2%.Thoughts: I enjoyed this and have saved some for experimenting with some dx pb.
AstroZombies – My go at this when it first arrived wasn’t pleasant. I don’t think it had steeped long enough because I had pockets of flavors that seemed to collide more than dance. Pockets of cherry with some cheesey cakiness that finished with some granola-y grittiness. Strawberry just acting like a wallflower waiting to be asked to dance. Made all the more weird since I basically vape BC for pipe daily lately in a muted toned down mtl that accents the cherriness. I’m actually glad I had that experience because, well, the magic of the steep. Here I am one week or so later and, yup, what a difference just a week can make. The granola finish is gone. Even the black cherry has toned down and rounded out. I’m guessing the hint of SB helped round out the redder edges. I have these desserts but not familiar with them so I can’t pinpoint what’s doing what. The cherry is still dominant to me (maybe I just recognize it better?) and the rest have really melded into a nice support system like a cast of good friends that have known cherry since childhood and managed to have a wild bachelor party without losing the wedding ring despite a week or two of shenanigans. It’s different and unusual, yet still subtle. Thoughts: a hint of creaminess somewhere to almost a cherries and cream vibe? Otherwise I wouldn’t mess with this, but I would wait a full three weeks before vaping.
Sarcophagus – My first taste of this day 1 was of a woodsy nutty tobacco. At least two of those tobaccos I am unfamiliar with with the last one I own but don’t know very well. I loved how the tobacco played with the creaminess. It was a great first taste. Now I’m hitting this hard a week later and wood spice has gotten downright ballsy. Like some punk kid in the supermarket talking shit to his classy parents who keep trying to show him kindness. While he’s being ‘behaved’, he’s really just plotting his revenge. Every once in a while he reaches out of the back seat of the cart to knock down some cereal boxes and watches all the while the rents calmly clean up after. I absolutely love the tobacco play with the milk and honey and will definitely be stealing this. I think the wood spice as an after thought was a good one. It brings some pizzazz to the table. I would try turning it down low and climb slowly up. But I’m also traumatized from hate vaping some early apple shisheh with too much wood spice. That sandalwood mouthful haunts me. I’d try this at 0.1% first because I’m a scaredy cat. I’m guessing somewhere between 0.2-0.3% there’s a sweet spot where the little boy simply brings spicy joy to the otherwise predictable parents’ life. Thoughts: If you did go with some flv tobaccos here I might suggest the slightly grassy sweetness of Kentucky blend. Really like this milk and honey sweetness. Reminds me of my Nat Sherman MCD’s that gave me sugar lips when smoked. This one really brings me back to some of the better memories of smoking. Well done.
007 Cola – I followed all instructions to try this with new cotton and give it a proper shake before trying. Lives up to the hype. To me the coolant on this is perfect perfect (yes x2). This was as creepy close to a cola vape as I’d ever had. I had always been a huge fan of cherry pepsi and I havent had soda in years now. I totally ‘went there’ on the first taste. Like I could just see using this to make a line of colas like twist of lemon, jack and coke, cherry pepsi, you name it. Now here I am a week later and it’s still as good. Cinnamon just hides in the shadows doing some crazy magic voodoo. The rest all play so nicely together I can’t discern the individual tastes but still there’s some kind of dance on the tongue before the coldness chills it all out. I keep wanting another pull (and some cherry on top!). I’m going to sacrilege try it with some half baked cotton but I’m going to use a little cherry underneath to see if I can get a hint of whether this might work. Whether it throws the balance off or not (it does lose some of the good subtlety), I still love it. I will be buying the one missing ingredient and chasing that dragon. Thoughts: Well done! This is great by itself and totally satisfying or a fun base with very cool possibilities. I see fa black cherry and some bourbon and cokes in my future…
To everyone, once again thank you for bearing with me in my amateurish reviews. These were all super good and interesting chock full of fun flavors and interesting ideas. I hope my submission is at least half as good as these. Really.

Astro Zombies- This vape unfortunately was a very unpleasant experience for me. I tried it as soon as it arrived in the mail, and it made me gag. Worse of all I couldn’t figure out what it was about it that was doing it. None of the flavors I tasted really seemed bad to me, I honestly couldn’t taste what tasted so bad and it didn’t make any sense.. Then I looked at the recipe, JF Strawberry Sweet and it started to make a little more sense. I am one of the people who have a lot of trouble tasting strawberry, and I think this is the culprit. I know the percentage is low on it, but that sensation I got is right in line with other strawberries I’ve had like TFA strawberry ripe. The only way to describe it is to compare it to finding a strawberry well past its prime, picking it up it’s falling apart into a goop and shoving that into your mouth to find all of the “strawberry” flavor is gone leaving behind a bad putrid sensation rather than taste. I really can not rate this recipe, I think it was the strawberry that threw this whole thing off for me, but whatever it was threw it to far off for a fair rating of the rest of it. I did vape on this a few times to try to rate the other flavors but it was too distracting.
Frankenapple Baccstard- I was surprised when I finally went to look at what was in this For how many ingredients there actually are in it, I really only get the two main profiles coming through. Even though there are several apples, they combine well into a nice single apple flavor. I get the whole apple coming through, like the first bite through the skin of a spy apple. It’s a little bit tart, but if it was sweeter I feel like it’d be to candy like for this mix. Again I’m not very familiar with tobacco flavorings, but to me the tobaccos used in this mix play nice with the apple. It seems like it maybe a bit dry if it was trying to stand alone, but the juiciness of the apple helps keep your whistle wet. It has a little bit of smokiness to it that I still haven’t decided if I like here or not (looking at the ingredients I think this maybe from the bourbon, but can’t tell for sure). The last thing is the custard/marshmallow, these don’t add a ton of flavor but they really work well here for increasing the mouthfeel and melding all these flavors together. If I were to change this I think I’d try it without the bourbon and see where that left it. Overall I’d give this 6.8/10.
Sarcophagus- Sometimes you feel like a nut, and this vape is for those times. It’s weird vaping this, I know it’s a tobacco vape and I can taste the tobacco but I can’t help but imagining eating then left over peanut skins after all the other roasted peanuts are gone. I feel like I could almost be sitting at a bar drinking a beer, smoking and eating peanuts and the only thing this vape would be missing is the beer portion. The wood spice just adds to that feeling making the smell of the wooden bar right there with it. If I could do anything with this it would be to increase the honey flavor a little bit, but I’m not sure you actually could without it getting funky from the dairy portion. The wood spice was a little overbearing at first, but it settled out nicely with a steep. Overall I’d give this a 7.3/10.
007 Cola- This is going to be a kind of weird review, I absolutely loved this right of the bat. I tried it, and had trouble putting it down to come back too. I loved the way it actually had a bit of a fizzy sensation in my mouth, I loved the little bit of bite it had, I loved the lemon citr– wait, nope that wasn’t lemon at all. Picking up on the citrus knowing it is supposed to be a *insert regional word for carbonated beverage here* my mind apparently decided it was like a 7-up with a kick. That is not what is going on here though, it’s orange a very citric orange but orange. It’s strange the way our perception can change, this quickly went from this super bright fizzy lemon that was light on the pallet. To a darker and more sophisticated blend of orange and spice floating in a carbonated sea of bliss. The effervescence is what really sold me though, and if that is all coming just from the VT fizzy sherbet I will be definitely grabbing some on my next order. I could easily see this as an adv for me, but I might still throw a drop or two of some lemon lime into it to brighten it a bit more and round it out a bit. Overall I’d give this a 9.2/10.

Sarcophagus – My favorite aspect of this profile is how savory it is. It introduced me to FE KNT, which is everything I hoped TPA Western would be. I tried it right after I received my bottles, and it was instantly one of my favorite tobacco recipes so far. I’m not familiar with any of the tobaccos used here, but they are working incredibly well together. After letting it steep however, the FLV Wood Spice really does start to become aggressive. I can still find the wonderful combination of tobaccos and creamy, caramel notes from Milk & Honey, but they are getting bullied. I think the Milk & Honey percentage is perfect for adding a slight hint of sweet creaminess, while letting the tobacco trio sing. If I couldn’t see what was used in the recipe, I would be certain there was a nut flavor used as an accent. The only suggestion I have for this one is lowering the FLV Wood Spice. Score: 77/100.
JOA – This smells incredibly similar to an Almond Joy. Unfortunately the vape doesn’t come across the same way. There are some awesome things going on with the combination of coconuts and Cream Cheese Danish with Toasted Almond, and I’m very interested in what the CAP Vanilla Custard is doing here at .25%. It’s definitely not noticeable in the flavor profile. It really is insane that there is 1% Super Sweet in here, it doesn’t seem like that at all. Unfortunately, the chocolate is destroying the recipe for me. I’m getting a pretty heavy off-note, which I’m guessing is the INW Milk Chocolate. I would try to take out the rest of the components and apply them to another creation. Props for the decision to face your fear. Score: 40/100.
Astro Zombie – I want to start by saying this is an awesome recipe in general. The first thing I love about this recipe is what JF Sweet Strawberry is doing. I taste everything before I look at the recipe, and that tiny note of strawberry is so good. I wasn’t even positive it was really there under the Black Cherry, but it turns out my taster isn’t broken after all. INW Black Cherry for pipe is incredibly solid, and I’m going to pick it up just so I can make this recipe again. The backing provided by Marzipan is just perfect, and ties into the Yes, We Cheesecake seemlessly. I’m not really getting granola from the recipe, and I have no experience with FLV Granola to tell what it’s doing. My final critique, or suggestion really, is to find another creamy component to back up Yes, We Cheesecake. It seems to be getting slightly dominated by the rest of the flavors, and I would love it even more with additional richness. Score: 88/100.
It’s Alive!!! – I probably don’t need to tell you this, but your recipe is a bit chaotic. You were looking for the hits in here, so I will go through those first. The pairing of VRYC and Holy Grail RY4 is stellar. The combination of tobaccos used in this is pretty awesome, and the clove quality from Elder Captain is doing something really nice to the overall profile. The apple with a liquid amber accent is always a win. The issues start to become present when you put them together. This thing is muddled. It comes off as an apple tobacco with some clove and vanilla notes. My first suggestion is to remove the TPA Kentucky Bourbon, it’s just creating a slight boozy off-note more than sinking into the mix. I would try to consolidate this thing as much as possible, only keeping the essential pieces and finding a balance for them. Score: 65/100.
